Your Legal Rights

Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it for any reason. Notify us within this period, return the item within 14 days of notification, and we’ll issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) to your original payment method within 14 days of the item’s return to our supplier. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Discounted Items

All items purchased at a discount, including sale items, promotional offers, or clearance products, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Discounted Items

If a discounted item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at velvetstudio.uk@gmail.com with your order details and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos). We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Review Your Order

Given the final sale nature of discounted items, we encourage you to carefully review your order details, including sizing, color, and product specifications, before completing your purchase.

Our Commitment

How to Return

Email us at velvetstudio.uk@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address within 2-3 business days.
Securely pack the item, including any return form from your order.
Ship it back as instructed.

For non-faulty returns outside the 14-day legal window, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement, covering return shipping costs where feasible.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the item reaching our supplier. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed. Allow a few extra days for your bank to reflect the payment.
